Modern Slavery

Hoplift, operating through https://wearhoplift.com, is committed to ensuring that all aspects of our business and supply chain are free from modern slavery, forced labour, servitude, child labour, human trafficking and any other form of exploitation. We take our ethical responsibilities seriously and support the objectives of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).

Our Commitment
We are dedicated to sourcing responsibly, working only with suppliers who uphold lawful, safe and fair labour practices. We assess risks within our supply chain, prioritising transparency, ethical conduct and continuous improvement. Hoplift does not tolerate any form of modern slavery within our operations or the operations of our suppliers.

Scope
This policy applies to all individuals and organisations connected to Hoplift, including employees, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and service providers involved in producing, sourcing or delivering our products.

Supplier Standards
We expect all suppliers to:

• Comply with labour, wage and safety laws in their country of operation
• Prohibit forced or child labour and ensure all workers are employed voluntarily
• Provide safe, fair and lawful working conditions
• Pay lawful wages and maintain accurate employment records
• Allow audits or assessments by Hoplift when required
• Immediately report any potential or actual modern slavery risks

Suppliers who fail to meet these standards may have their partnership with Hoplift suspended or terminated.

Risk Management
We monitor modern slavery risks by reviewing manufacturing locations, industry vulnerabilities, material sourcing and supplier transparency. If concerns arise, Hoplift may request audits, additional documentation or corrective actions to address potential risks.

Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone including customers, suppliers and workers to report concerns or suspicions of unethical labour practices. Reports can be made confidentially via support@wearhoplift.com. All reports will be handled sensitively and investigated promptly. Hoplift does not tolerate retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.

Remediation
If modern slavery is identified, Hoplift will take immediate steps to protect affected individuals, work with suppliers to correct the issue where appropriate, or cease partnerships with suppliers who cannot meet our ethical requirements.

Training and Awareness
Hoplift is committed to educating team members involved in purchasing and supplier management so they can identify warning signs of modern slavery and uphold our ethical sourcing standards.

Continuous Improvement
We review this policy regularly and update our practices as industry standards and legal requirements evolve.
