We want you to love your HopLift pieces. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order ships to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, please email us at support@wearhoplift.com with your order details. Returns should be sent to: HopLift, 261 Queen Street, GPO 1360, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted. There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
No Refunds for Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@wearhoplift.com so we can review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: sale or clearance items, gift cards, and custom or personalised products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@wearhoplift.com.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
